Pre Cleaning Checklist

Hi and thank you so much for choosing Supreme Clean for all of your carpet, tile/grout, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, and flood restoration needs!

Please take a few moments and carefully read this overview of what to expect with your upcoming cleaning appointment. By following this quick preparation guide, our cleaning will go a little bit easier for both you and our expert cleaning technician.

We pride ourselves as being friendly and customer-service oriented. If at any time you don’t feel as though you were treated with utmost respect and professionalism, or if you’re not happy with us for whatever reason, please let me know and I will cheerfully make things right for you.

Our #1 goal is your complete and total satisfaction!

Preparation before we arrive

  • Please remove small, light items - We are always respectful, careful and considerate of your belongings and furnishings so to avoid accidents we ask that you remove small or breakable furniture and items from around the areas we will be cleaning. Please also pick up toys, clothes, and other loose items from the area(s) we will be cleaning. We are more than happy to move manageable furniture to clean under.
  • **RUG CLEANING PICK UP ONLY ** - Please remove furniture off of your rug(s) and roll it up, if possible. If you need our assistance with removing furniture from the rug(s), please let us know at least 24 hours prior so that we can allot extra time for the pick up. FYI - we can also clean most rugs and mats and you are welcome
  • Please have a spot open for us to park as close to your premises as possible - We will need to park our cleaning truck close to your home or business and we’ll really appreciate it if you leave a spot open for us. Also, once we set up it’s difficult to move the truck around so if you plan on going anywhere during our cleaning, please have your vehicle parked so that you can leave without us having to move our van.

When we arrive

  • Please secure pets and watch children - For safety purposes, we ask that you secure your pets and keep an eye on your small children while we clean. Safety is paramount with Rendall’s!
  • Please help us inspect - We’ll need about 10-15 minutes of your time to assist our expert technician in doing a thorough inspection of the area(s) to be cleaned. Please point out any special concerns that you may have during the inspection, such as pet spots, stains, areas that tend to resoil quickly, etc. We have the ability and equipment to remove most spots and stains; however, please be aware that there may be pre-existing permanent damage. If we see something unusual, we will point this out to you during the inspection.
  • Consider the best value for you - We offer 2 cleaning programs with our carpet / upholstery cleanings services; our Value Program, which is our most popular choice, and our Budget Program. Our cleaning technician will give you his expert recommendation after our inspection. Please understand that the actual cleaning in the 2 Programs is exactly the same high quality. We will never compromise quality over a quick buck!

The difference between the two Programs is as follows:

  • Value Program includes protector and Supreme Clean 6 Month Spot and Spill Warranty. The protector not only helps extend the life of your carpet or upholstery and makes spot cleaning easier it also helps make vacuuming more effective. We’re so confident in our protector that if you spill something on your carpet or have a spot that you can’t get out with just water and a white towel, we will cheerfully come back within that 6 month period after the cleaning and clean the spot/spill for you absolutely free. Whether you spill once, twice, three times, or even more, don’t worry - you’re covered! We’ll cheerfully spot clean as many times as you need within the 6 month Warranty period.
  • Budget Program includes the same great cleaning as the Value Program, however we do not apply a carpet or fabric protector and the Warranty period is limited to 10 days after our cleaning.
  • Please be careful of hoses and equipment - Before we begin cleaning we will need to bring in 2 hoses that attach from our truck to our cleaning wand. We will also need to set up several small tools and equipment. We will keep them out of your way as much as possible; however, we do ask that if you need to walk near our hoses and equipment that you be very careful.
  • Please be careful on slippery floor surfaces - To do a great job, we use only the best cleaning products in the industry that are designed to break down sticky and micro-particle soiling. These products tend to be slippery until removed during the cleaning process. If you must walk on the area(s) we’re cleaning, please be extremely careful that you don’t slip. Slipping is especially easy to do on hard floors so please watch your step.

When we’re done

  • Post-inspection - After we are finished, we’ll do a post-cleaning inspection. On occasion we will need to apply a post-cleaning spotter. Once the carpet is dry please vacuum the area that has been post-spotted. If there are any post-cleaning spotters applied, or permanent stains, we will point them out to you.
  • Drying times - Like you, we want you to be able to use your carpet and upholstery as soon as possible, but please limit usage until completely dry. It will generally dry within several hours after cleaning. It may feel cool to the touch for up to 24 hours, however. If our technician placed tabs or blocks under the furniture legs, please leave them in place for at least 24 hours.
  • Payment - Unless prearranged, we request payment upon completion. We cheerfully accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
  • Please tell your friends, family members, neighbors, and colleagues about us! - We earnestly strive to do be THE BEST cleaning company around, and we think you’ll agree.
